Aleasha Mitchell, LCMHCA, NCC
Hey there and welcome! I am thrilled you are here and let me just say you are in the right place! Realizing the importance of your mental health is so vital when living a life of peace and stability.
My name is Aleasha and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. It is my top priority to make sure you are receiving the highest quality of care. By doing this I am always connecting what therapeutic journey would be the best fit for my clients. I have used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mostly in my experience, but also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. It’s important that the client’s best interest is at heart when deciding the therapeutic approach.
I love what I do, but I am a believer in balance. With strong southern roots I love the outdoors and all its beauty! I love spending time with family and friends doing absolutely anything as long as we’re together. I enjoy reading inspirational books alongside a great cup of coffee in my spare time. Most of all I love allowing the quiet times of reflection to promote personal growth in my spiritual journey!
