Contract Therapist

Hi! My name is Amber and I am from Burlington, NC. Outside of working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family and my two dogs. We spend time camping, enjoying the outdoors, and taking on new DIY projects around our home.

I enjoy working with a diverse client base and helping others recognize their personal strengths. I believe in meeting the client where they are and adjusting my practice to the client’s needs.

I specialize in working with those who are experiencing life stress, depression, and anxiety. My past experience includes integrative health care, community support, substance use services, and long term care. In my work, I utilize motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy practices.
