I strive to honor your journey and be a guide to help you along the way by providing a nonjudgmental, supportive, and safe environment. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, depression, trauma-informed care, substance abuse, adjusting to life transition, and athletes experiencing mental health. I have training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-informed CBT, and trauma-informed care.

 

I offer a client center, strengths-based approach integrated with components of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I believe that you are an expert of your own life and will collaborate with you to identify the best mode of treatment to meet your needs!
