Ashley Trotter, MA, LCMHC
My husband and I are proud parents of twins. I have a passion for working with young adults and mothers. I help young adults learn to navigate the adjustments of life as well as help new moms adjust to their new roles and find balance in their life. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through nourishing, whole foods, and lifestyle choices. I take a holistic approach to nutrition, considering not only the physical aspect of food but also its impact on mental and emotional health. I work with clients to create personalized nutrition plans that take into account their unique needs, goals, and preferences. My goal is to empower clients to make sustainable, healthy choices for themselves and their families.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician and a holistic nutrition wellness coach. I specialize in working with young adults and mothers with a wide range of behavioral and emotional needs. I use Activity-based therapies that provide an emotionally safe environment. I also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
