Hello, thanks for stopping by! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. Born and raised in Wisconsin (go Packers!), North Carolina has become home to my husband and I for the last several years.

Working with children and families has long been a passion of mine, with my current area of focus being children, adolescents, college students, and adults. I specialize in the areas of stress and anxiety management, self-esteem, adjusting to life transitions, boundary setting, emotion regulation, depression, repairing family systems and parent-child bonds, and behavioral and academic challenges. I am committed to working alongside you as you uncover your truest, most authentic self. I am a firm believer that connection is at the root of all healing, and am ready to hold space for you and meet you where you are in your healing journey.

I utilize a collaborative and creative strengths-based approach to therapy and employ the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, Structural Family Therapy, and creative play and art techniques in my practice. There is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to therapy, and I am excited to help you discover what feels best for you.

You are amazing. You are resilient. And most importantly… I’m so glad you’re here! I look forward to connecting and helping you take the first steps in your journey to healing.
