About

Connor Keeter, MS, LCMHCA, NCC

Contract Therapist

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and am extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals and overall mental health. My husband and I have loved living in Wilmington for the last 10 years and raising our baby girl on the coast!

It is a privilege to be entrusted with my client’s challenges and dreams. Previously, I spent the past 6 years working as a high school counselor focusing on helping adolescents navigate through their challenges and goals. I have worked with all age ranges including children, adolescents, college students, and adults. I focus on providing a warm, trusting and healing environment, and to serve as an advocate by providing people with the tools they need in order to be the most healthy version of themselves. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment/life transitions, self-esteem, relational issues, social skills, and behavioral/academic concerns. Additionally, as a new mother myself, I also have a passion for helping new moms with prenatal or postpartum adjustment and the emotions that come along with their new role. I utilize evidence-based treatment strategies such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed therapy.

It is an act of self-love to prioritize your mental health and emotional wellbeing. I would love to help you take that first-step. I work to meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to each individual situation. It can take a lot of courage to ask for help, I am available to answer questions to make this process easier. I'd love to speak with you and help you achieve your goals!
