Change can be intimidating however, by starting this process you have already taken a big step. Therapy is a collaboration opportunity to navigate the challenges occuring in your life. The approach that I use is one to help ensure that you learn practical tools that you can apply outside the office to assist you on your growth journey. I believe that every person has within them everything they need to grow and learn in life. Through discovering what works best for you, therapy can move you to approach self-healing and move in a positive direction.
Here is a little bit more about me outside of the office. I attended Liberty University for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I enjoy utilizing art in my free time whether it is drawing, creating, or listening to music. I believe one could never have enough books and being in nature is a must. I also enjoy experiencing other cultures and taking in moments not things. I am an avid hockey and Disney fan. Hopefully this helps in getting to know me better and I hope to get to know you.
My practice is a space where you will have the room to explore struggles, establish goals, and express yourself in a safe environment. From the start we will develop a personalized plan for change that will bring about tangible results. If you choose to work with me I will do my best to support you in working towards change.
