Hello there!

I'm Samantha. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families as it is my goal to enhance one's entire family system. I work primarily with premarital couples and those who are experiencing relational issues (i.e., affairs, communication issues, intimacy challenges, divorce, coparenting, family conflict, and blended families). I pull from different modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy to tailor an individualized approach as we develop a plan to meet your and your relationship's desired outcomes. I will provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where you can work alongside me in your therapeutic journey. Together, we can uncover your strengths and work to build the you and the relationship that you have always dreamt of.

I am an Eastern North Carolina native. My husband and I relocated from Greenville to Wilmington in 2016. Over the years, I have found many ways to help others including making ladies feel beautiful working retail throughout college to shaping the minds of little ones as a preschool teacher. However, there is a special place in my heart for families and it brings me no greater joy than knowing I can impact someone's family for the better. When I am not working, I am a strong believer in self-care and know that self-care exists in many forms. You can find me designing, remodeling old furniture, baking, or snuggling up to my fur babies.
