Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who is committed to helping my clients discover and become the best version of themselves. I am honored that you would consider me to hear your story!
The truth is – you know your story better than anyone else. My hope is to provide you with a safe environment to explore how your lived experiences have impacted you and maybe directing your beliefs, actions, and relationships. I love to work with clients on issues including self-worth,
anxiety, stress, life transitions, family of origin issues, and people affected
by divorce or family changes.
I have experience in the nonprofit sector mentoring high school and college students as well as experience as a School Counselor. In my work with clients, I utilize many theories, often pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Outside of the office, you can find me enjoying the beach, planning my next
trip, devouring a great new book, or trying out a delicious pasta recipe.
