Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Your mental health is a priority and your happiness is essential. No more struggling in silence or putting your self-care on the back burner. You deserve care, healing, peace and so much more. That's exactly what I'm here to help you achieve! Ever since I can remember, I've had a deep passion for serving others. Regardless of your reason for seeking therapy, I would like the opportunity to work with you. My goal as your therapist is to work together in discovering all parts of yourself in order to promote healing and change. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. I see therapy as a venture in which we work together to explore tools, skills, share knowledge and set goals for treatment!

I find delight in the simple pleasures of life! When I'm not at the office, you can find me spending time with my amazing husband and our two beautiful daughters, going on walks, porch sitting, visits to the mountains and of course spontaneous coffee runs!
